Simon Says Stamp Domi's Sketch

 

This has to be one of my most favorite stamps I have ever owned.  It's from Penny Black and is so sweet. Bunnies, Balleries and Stars.  What more could you ask for?  Simon Says Stamp has it right here.

I colored the image with Copic markers and used papers from Crate Paper, Emma's Shoppe.  The flowers are new from Petaloo and are gorgeous.  Just the right size for my card.  They are from the Brighton Collection.

Simon Says Simon Mother's Day/Girlie Challenge

Sorry for the delay in posting my card.  My internet is out at my house and I am sneaking a few seconds to post this from a WiFi connection.  I spent about an hour on the phone yesterday with the help desk only to find out that there was an outage in my area.  Then it came back on but went out again.  I so take my internet connection for granted.  My hands are so tied without it. 

 

So to tell you a little bit about this card.  The stamped image is from Penny Black.  It's a brand new Mimi stamp and I love it.  Mimi is so adorable and so easy to color.  There are even more sets available in the Simon Says Stamp store!  this image is called Flowers for Mimi.

The paper is from Mine Minds Eye and Making Memories.  The 3 background papers from My Minds Eye is from the Mabel line.  It is the 6x6 pad which is a size that I love.

Simon Says Stamp Challenge- Happy Birthday

 

I never have enough birthday cards so this challenge was a fun and welcome one.  This week our challenge on Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog is to create a card in a birthday theme.  

I love this Magnolia stamp.  It's from an older Magnolia release called Wedding 2010.  It's name is Gift Giving Tilda and even though from the wedding collection I think it is a perfect birthday stamp.  Don't forget to check out the older sets if you are looking for a new stamp because there are so many cute Magnolia stamps throughout the entire collection.

To create the card I used paper from a 6x6 pad from Prima called Annalee.  This pad is beautiful and has so many pretty papers.  I will be sure to use it again and again.

The sentiment is from a C.C.Designs and Amy R Designs Birthday Sentiments set.  This birthday set is definitely my GoTo birthday sentiment set.

The flowers are by Magnolia and are two different styles.  They are a fabulous size and shape.  The small red roses are the Mini Vintage Red Roses and the pink flowers are the Vintage Pink Lilies.  There are many others to chose from in the Simon Says Stamp store too.

I also used these Spellbinders Nestabilities oval dies and oval scalloped dies.

Simon Says Stamp Challenge- Recipe Challenge

We've got a Recipe Challenge for you on Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog this week.  Fun!  You need to use 1 image, 2 papers, and 3 embellishments.  Easy enough right?  I broke out my Melissa Frances paper pad this week for the paper and used one of my new Magnolia stamps, Tilda with a Gift, for the image.  The lace and flowers are from Hero Arts and the button is from my stash, probably Bo Bunny.

The sentiment is from the Birthday set from Amy R Designs for C.C. Designs.  If you don't have this set or one of many of her sentiment sets you are missing out.  They are my go to set for all kinds of sentiments.  Perfectly sized and fun type fonts make using the perfect sentiment easy.
