Simon Says Stamp Challenge Day- Let It Snow

We've got a great challenge for this week at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog. It's called Let It Snow.  So since I love anything snowflake this was an extremely fun challenge for me.  I actually made my card quite simple because I really wanted to use my new Hero Arts stamp of the Reindeer and I wanted him to be center stage. This is definitely one of my most favorite stamps of the season.

The snowflake border punch is from Martha Stewart.  I punched out the border twice and cut up the second strip for the snowflakes on the top of the card.

I stamped the Reindeer onto a piece of patterned paper from Kaiser Craft.  I cut it out and then adhered it on top of another image of the reindeer that I stamped on white paper cut into a circle with my Spellbinder's circle dies.

Then I colored a clear gem with a R29 Copic marker and stuck it on the nose of the reindeer.  Then I applied Stardust Stickles to the antlers to give them some sparkle.

I cut another circle out of patterened paper that was from the next size up of my Spellbinders circles dies and then the largest scalloped circle.  Then I layered them all together and adhered the stack with foam dots to my card base.
