I can't believe I haven't posted all week. Where does the time go? Actually I do know. Baseball season has started so it practice here, game there. It's been non stop all week. I have also been very busy getting ready for classes at Scrapbook Mania and planning others coming up but luckily this weekend I finally had time to sit down and make some cards and catch up on all the blogs that I follow and forums that I visit.
The card that I am sharing with you tonight features two stamps by Whiff of Joy from the Willow & Oakley line. I had so much fun with this card. One, because I just loved coloring an image that was a boy and two because I just love the paper that I used by Carolee Creations called The Fern Collection. It has all these cute owls on it (yes, I know you really can't see them) and bright cool colors.
Remember I said that I used 2 Whiff of Joy stamps? Well, the image of Oakley and image of the tree stump are actually 2 separate stamps. I used a technique called masking to put them together. I will be posting a tutorial this week on how the masking technique works. It really is very easy.
