Did you know that Stampavie holds a new Challenge every two weeks. It is always a fun challenge and of course they have the best prizes. They keep the prizes a secret but who wouldn't want one of everything they have? Here are the guidelines and my card for the current challenge. I went with the light blue and brown color scheme. I just love any shade of blue and brown together. It is just so sweet yet sophisticated.
“Use Light Blue or Turquiose & Brown”. Please make a card or any other selfmade item using at least one Stampavie image and light blue or turquiose & brown in any way you can imagine. You will have time to join the fun until May 31th 12:00 blog time.
For this card I used Stampin Up!'s textured patterned paper. I'm sure you can see how textured it is. I loved all of the papers and as you can see it was perfect for the challenge. Here are the markers that I used to color this beautiful Sarah Kay stamp. B93 and B97 were the two colors I used on her overalls.

And just for fun and I had the paper out I created this little tote to go along with the card. I used Lauren Meader's Take Along Tote template. Her templates are so awesome and easy to use. I also love her directions and samples that she includes in the package. I wish I had taken a picture of the side. Then you could see the cute little pockets inside the tote. There is room in there for cards, envelopes, etc.
