Wow, you all blew me away with all of the comments that you left.  I was so excited that everyone told me exactly what techniques they were wanting to learn.  I think one of the techniques that was requested most was how to use Glimmer Mist.  I am already planning a video tutorial on some ways to use Glimmer Mist so stop back by to see that.  I am looking to have it ready by next week.

Here is a couple of layouts that I have created for Moxxie. I love their new Easter line.  It so colorful but very soft and pretty at the same time.

 

Finally some papers that I absolutely love for my daughter's First Communion.  Moxxie has really done it again with these.

It's the Season of Gift Giving

I just love giving gifts and I really love it when I can package them in fun, unique ways.  So here is one idea for those special people during the holiday season.

I used rubons from this beautiful new Winter line by Moxxie to decorate the coffee bag.  Then I decorated a scalloped circle punch out with a stamp from Paper Trey Ink and attached it to the bag with pop dots.  You could fill this bag with almost anything.  Candy, cookies, bottles of lotion, or candles.  

The card was created using a piece of the patterned paper.  The snowman appears in the bottom corner of the back side of the background paper I used for this picture.  He is so adorable and it was so easy to use him as a design element.  On this card I used Just Rite Stamps for the sentiment along with some Spellbinder Dies and added some Prima bling.  A very sparkly snowy winter card to go along with your gift bag.

It's a Moxxie sort of Day

I have some yummy Moxxie material to share with you.  Football has started and Moxxie has just the paper line for you to do some fabulous fun layouts.  

It's hard to tell but this layout consists of paper, pictures and a lot of fun stickers.  Play Hard was created with alpha stickers and the other words and images besides the football, helmet and title Football was created with cool graphic stickers.  I loved how I could really play up the linear graphic feel with the rectangular and square shaped stickers.  I just love this picture of my son.  It's just all him.

So Sorry, My Poor Blog and Readers

There just has been no time to post anything in the last week or so.  Getting ready for CHA and attending has been all consuming.  We will be heading home tomorrow and I am looking forward to a few days of rest so I probably won't be getting back to my regular posting schedule until Monday.  I have had a fabulous time at the show and some great experiences.  Everyone was so nice and I met so many talented and creative people.

   

I wanted to share one of the layouts that I created for Moxxie.  It was so exciting to see my layouts hung in their showroom space at CHA.  I never thought that I would be able to say that.   (Sorry for the poor picture quality.  I no longer can take a really good picture of it)

I saw some awesome product at CHA and plan on teaching some great classes with it at Scrapbook Mania in next couple of months so please check out the schedule on the store's blog.

Dizzy

Wow, I think I am dizzy from all of the blog hopping.  What a day!!  A wonderful fun day!!  Today alone I had 174 visits to my blog.  I am sure most of them were here for the Inky Impressions blog hop.  If you are visiting today for the first time and want to know about it start here.  You will have until June 12th at midnight to qualify for the blog candy that Nicole is giving away!

I also had a record number of comments left on the Inky Impressions Grand Opening blog hop post so it is going to be countdown time to the fantastic blog candy I will be giving away to the person who leaves the 1000th comment on my blog. I hope with all of the hints that I left you have figured it out by now.  Right now I am at 930 something.  As we get closer I will be leaving sneak peeks of of the blog candy.  Maybe I will also have a guessing contest.  Hmmm.  I will have to think about that.  

Now a little more great news.  I was asked to be a Design Team Member for a Scrapbook Manufacturing Company called Moxxie!!!  Here is the announcement on their blog.   I am so excited to be working with those sweet girls.  I had a great time chatting with Kelly and she told me they have lots of fun together!!!  I will have more on this soon.

Here is one of my favorite paper lines by Moxxie.  The are more papers and embellishments but I just thought I would leave you with a couple of pictures of the Life's A Garden line.  I can not wait to see it in person and start creating with it.
