I'm still out of town but we are headed home tomorrow. We will get there in the late afternoon. We will only be home for about 14 hours and then we leave again for the night to stay with some friends for a birthday party. So life will not be back to normal until Sunday for me. I have been trying to keep up with everything in my scrapbooking world but it hasn't been easy. You would think that since I am on vacation that I would have tons of time to "play" but it never works out that way.
Actually I have had a wonderful time visiting everyone. Visiting Florida always makes me want to stay the first couple of days but then the heat becomes too much for me and I find myself longing for Alabama and the upcoming fall weather.
Today I am sharing a fun summer layout that I created based on a sketch for Got Sketch 104. Love that class. I always get so much out of the sketches and the tips that they share. As a special bonus Valerie and Janna each made a movie showing their scrapbook rooms. How fun! You can still sign up and get all of the goodies as well as view the videos until the end of July. I had so much fun meeting so many wonderful talented women in the gallery and chats.
In this layout I am using one of my favorite lines from Bo Bunny. I love the vibrant colors. This company has really made a big hit for me in the last 6 months. I can't wait to see what they have coming out next.
Hopefully I will be able to post again tomorrow. I have some more things that I would to share as well as a new Craft Critique report that I worked on.

Hi Christine! :) Welcome back! (ya, Florida would be waaay too hot for me!! LOL) What an AWESOME page you made! love the DP and LO. Photos look so neat in b/w or sepia, and makes it so easy to add them to any color DP!! :) Great job. Come to think of it, it's been a while since I've seen any "Inky Impressions" projects here... what's up with that?? LOL. Just kidding. Hope you're doing well. Love all your scrappy pages. Hi Christine, Beautiful LO and you're right the colors are vivid! I'm also loving the photos! I know my state can get a tad bit warm :) but I still find it very cool!!!

Glad you're having a nice vacation, but I know what you mean about taking care of your scrapbook side of things. This is a beautiful layout and the sepia toned photos go well with the vibrant DPs that are so beautiful. Have fun at the BD party! Hugs, Cami

Hey Christine! I'm glad to hear you had fun on your vacation. I hate the heat too! The summers here where I live can get as high as the 100s. Ugggh. . .hate it.
Wow, I seriously love your layout. . .the colors, the details, the photos. Everytime I visit your site, I want to create a layout but well, it never happens. My goal was to make at least 1 layout a week and I set that goal a month ago and have not made one layout.
